The NYS ELITE Eyewear range is backed by a unique, conditional lifetime warranty. If your ELITE pair is damaged, it can be exchanged for an identical or similar pair at any time.

Conditions of application:

• An exchange fee of 250 DHS applies per pair exchanged.
• Exchange is subject to product availability. If the original model is no longer in stock, a similar style will be offered as a replacement.

1. Visit our warranty form to submit your request.
2. Attach proof of purchase and a photo of your damaged product.
3. Pay the exchange fee to receive your new pair.
