Delivery

Delivery is not provided by MR RETAIL SARL. The customer will collect his goods from the delivery address indicated on his Order Form. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The consumer is required to check the goods upon delivery and to report any damage caused to the carrier on the delivery note as well as to MR RETAIL SARL within one day.

The consumer may, at his request, obtain the sending of an invoice to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

Cost of delivery

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer,

• In Morocco and abroad, they are based on the rates of Poste du Maroc for registered mail.
• Our prices include tax and are calculated based on the weight of the products.
• The cost of transporting your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
• It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders.

Delivery times

After receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to available stock.

In Morocco and abroad, the items will be sent to you by registered post. Any delays will not give rise to damages, cancellation of the order or refusal to take delivery.

Returns and exchanges

At NYS Collection Eyewear, you can return your items for 15 days (from the delivery of your order) and request an exchange by keeping the pair in good condition, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
